Rules of play:


  1. The competition is available for anyone to enter, from either inside OR outside the hospital.
  2. Only patients can win a travel mug.  Therefore if a caller from outside guesses the correct answer they can not win a prize.  However we can mention them and play them a song.  If the caller from outside the hospital has a friend or family member in Broomfield, they can opt to have the prize sent to the patient.
  3. Only one travel mug can be won by a patient.
  4. Entry to the competition can be made by any of the following methods:  Phone call, SMS, Email or entry form via the website
  5. Remember to check the answer phone and studio@hrc.org.uk email for entries for the competition.
  6. All calls with correct entries should be checked against the prize winner book in Reception, to ensure a caller doesn't receive more
  7. All winners should be entered into the prize winners book in the Reception Area.
  8. The competition will change once a week.
  9. Members of the service, friends of members and family of members are excluded from winning a travel mug.
