Following on from the Annual General Meeting held on the 22nd May 2014, this is the accepted proposal for Membership Fees.
For the first time Hospital Radio Chelmsford is offering you a varied way to make your membership payment.
As agreed by the members at the AGM, all active membership fees will be set as a monthly fee. Essentially, we ask you to set up a standing order with your bank to transfer 12 monthly payments of your membership fee (£4 for full members, £3 for concessions). However, you can still pay annually (12x the monthly membership fee), this is due by 30th June 2014.
Failure to miss a payment will mean you need to pay the remainder of your membership fee in full OR we agree you have resigned your membership of the charity.
Associate Membership Fees remained unchanged at £15 paid annually.
